“ An absolutely stunning view, delicious pizza served by a kind friendly owner ”
“ Nothing special from the outside but the location is really great if you just finished the Sentier-Blanc-Martel (highly recommended). Service is impeccable and the food is also pretty good (probably tasted even better after the hike). Great little street side pizza place and definitely worth doing a stop for. ”
“ The most charming little cafe & pizzeria with stunning views of the cliffs & nature, perfectly placed. The pizza was excellent. Great service. ”
“ It does not get better than this Ok, it’s plastic chairs and pizza but it tastes so good, and after hiking Gorges du Verdon the beer is cold and definitely the best in the world. The view is breathtaking and when going there off season there is no crowd. A must stop for drinks and food. The gentleman serving is very nice and helpful and funny. Risking his life, when crossing the road for each pizza, he should get a Medal of Honor ”
“ Just what you need after a hike: a friendly team making tasty pizza. Indoor space is limited, so best to come in good weather and enjoy the view. ”
“ Blink and you will miss it. Don’t let the plastic chairs and roadside location fool you. The views are amazing before you are greeted by the owner and his charm. Then your wife tries the Rose from the wine box in the fridge and she is a rose connoisseur, it turns out to be fantastic. Then the pizzas arrive, and everything else pales into insignificance because you can’t believe how good they are. Best rustic dining experience I’ve had in a long time. Top marks!! ”
“ This restaurant was a surprise find on our drive while visiting the Verdon George. The owner makes his pizzas by hand and they were delicious. Not many restaurants can beat the view offered here. The owner was super friendly and nice as he let me watch his pizza making process. ”
